It’s Reed’s job to learn about your core business functions, facilitate all M&A responsibilities, and conduct the necessary assessments like target profiling, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, closure proceedings and post-merger integration strategies. Reed has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern College in St. Paul, MN and works and lives in the Twin Cities metro.
