The management team and employees are willing to stay with the acquiring company to maintain and grow sales and operations capabilities.

As part of this transaction, the Group Parent will continue providing access to delivery staff used in delivery services through a service-level agreement as the buyer needs. Cash is required at the close of the transaction.
