Revenue Rocket is led by CEO and president, Mike Harvath. Mike has spent his entire career in technology, helping those in the IT Services industry find the balance between growth and profitability. Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He lives and works in the Twin Cities metro area.

Ryan Barnett

Ryan provides years of market strategy, market sizing & intelligence, competitive intelligence, and M&A pipeline building within the IT services marketplace. He’s passionate about product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and growth having worked in IT for the past 20 years. 

Matt Lockhart

Matt focuses on both M&A and growth strategy at Revenue Rocket and represents Revenue Rocket in client and prospect interfacing in order to support successful transaction closures. Matt comes from a strong background in strategy consulting, custom application development, and new market expansion.

Chelsey Nord

Chelsey joined Revenue Rocket as a passionate, and strategic professional with experience in management consulting and advanced data analytics. She is devoted to helping teams determine how to win, and build the necessary culture and climate to execute their strategy. Chelsey specializes in building relationships, creating strategy development, and leveraging advanced analytics to drive business results.

Sean is poised and articulate sales professional with a diverse background in Media Sales, Display Advertising, Digital Marketing, SaaS Software, IT, and Product Sales. Sean leads Business Development for organic and inorganic growth for Revenue Rocket.
